Your handcrafted chair will be made and ready to be shipped in 5 working days. Shipping times vary but should be between 3 – 15 (at the very latest) working days. Due to the handcrafted nature of my occasional chairs, cancellations and returns are not accepted, this does not affect your statutory rights in the instant your chair arrives damaged, where a replacement will be provided.
Your chair is made with fire retardant fabric so can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Give it a regular brush to keep the fibres soft, smooth and in pristine condition.
All deliveries will be well packaged to avoid transit damage. You will be informed of the dispatch date and, where applicable, be issued with tracking information. Due to current border restrictions we are only shipping within the UK, however, this may change over time. If you are from outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us to see what we are able to do and to notify you of additional tax and delivery charges you will encounter.
Any instantly downloadable file or item that has been commissioned by the customer can not be returned for a refund. If you are unhappy with a commissioned item, you should address your concerns to the particular artist you have been working with to remedy the situation. If your item arrives damaged during transit, do not accept the item from the courier. Instead mark as damaged so we are able to claim insurance and therefore offer you a refund or replacement. Should this happen, please contact us immediately so we can initiate this process. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy does not cover a change of mind. However, we are able to work with you to discover an alternative option to ensure you have the best experience with us.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of my bespoke furniture, cancellations and returns are not accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if your item arrives damaged, wherein a replacement will be issued.
